Operation Isis is almost here!

After 6 months of hard work, the team are now putting the final touches to the Operation Isis plan; this saturday, search teams from around the country will journey to rural Oxfordshire for the largest Lowland Rescue exercise this country has seen.
Over 180 volunteer members of specialist Lowland Rescue teams will take part in Operation Isis, a training event organised by OxSAR, Oxfordshire’s Lowland Search and Rescue team that is designed to test a newly developed major incident plan.
The event will be watched by representatives from the emergency services and members of the press. For more information and live updates on the day, please follow @oxsar and #opisis.
